Baked Goods
The Calistoga Roastery bakes scones, muffins, croissants, raspberry twists and apple turnovers daily! Scones are the baker’s choice with four flavours daily. The traditional raisin scone (my Mum’s recipe!) and the blueberry cream cheese are available most days due to popular demand. On the weekends don’t miss our famous chocolate chip and cranberry/almond cookies, baked in a muffin tray. Unique and delicious.
